GLAM Accountancy is a founder-led practice built by people who understand that behind every business is a real person.

The firm was set up by Andrew, a Chartered Accountant based in North West London /  Hertfordshire. Andrew works closely with owner-managed businesses and believes good accountancy is about clarity, support and trust - not jargon or box-ticking.

Outside of work, Andrew is a husband, a dad to two (teenagers, one actual one behavioural) , a long-suffering Arsenal fan, and the owner of a cat called Alfie (who believes he’s in charge).

The practice is supported by a small, trusted team — including Gemma, Andrew’s wife (the real boss), who handles the back-office side of things. Somewhat controversially, is a Spurs fan. We don’t hold it against her.

Together, we focus on building long-term relationships with clients and creating a calm, supportive environment for both the people we work with and those who work with us.
